My Brother in Law moved into The Warwickshire recently, and after seeing various homes, I went along to see him, I was so pleased. All the staff were fabulouse, we were offered lovely coffee and biscuits served in china cups and saucers, but more importantly, my brother in laws room was everything and more to be desired for his needs, they were so caring to him, when his food came it looked and smelled delicious, they fed him each mouthful with tenderness and compassion, and for the first time in years he is eating real food and enjoying it, The staff are all regular staff so the residents learn to know them and not as in some places (Bank Staff from agencies) where they are always different. Thank you to everyone from the front desk to the carers and nurses, kitchen staff etc, and the management for doing such a professional job.

My Wife moved from Rugby St Cross Hospital to the Warwickshire Nursing Home in 2008. I have been with her every day since, we have seen that the residents were well treated and the support was good. The cleanliness is first class and the food is good. Even when management and staff were replaced the standard remained good. Mr Noor became the manager 2014 and the new changes are good. Regular meetings with staff and staff training and meeting with the residents and their visitors.

My friend has been a resident for over 3 years now. She lived on her farm in a shambolic and insular way. She has always been treated in a kind and respectful way, although some of her language and habits leave a lot to be desired. Her unusual diet is catered for and she always seems happy to be there. Many staff seem to have great affection for her.

The home is what you wish for a friend knowing that he seems contented and when you leave the home after a visit, I know he hasn't been let down.

My Sister has been in the Warwickshire Nursing & Residential Home since May 19th 2010. Over this period of 5 years next month, I and my Sisters friends have always been welcomed at any time of the day we have wished to visit. The first class facilities and Nursing Care have made my Sister happy and extended her life. I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful home.

I am 84yrs old and after having a knee replacement I chose to stay at The Warwickshire Nursing Home as I am a widower and live alone. The care and attention I received during the 3 months stay , I can only describe as 1st class. The warm, friendly atmosphere and the very caring staff helped to make my stay there unforgettable. When the time comes and I am unable to look after myself I shall not hesitate to return there.
